You are the expert in your own life experiences. My goal is to assist you in making conscious, healthy, and life affirming choices that will help you navigate life’s difficulties. My practice specializes in the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, intrapersonal conflict, setting healthy boundaries, and relationship issues. I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples and utilize an integrative approach, combining a range of techniques. Those techniques include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT).
As an advocate for social justice who is passionate about dismantling systems of oppression, I offer culturally relevant therapy and coaching. I provide consultation and facilitate training on cultural sensitivity and the impact of racial trauma. I am committed to providing a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth with all of my clients.
